1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DISPATCH?
We just need no longer than 1 to 2 days (Monday - Saturday) to deal with your order.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
For Tracked Shipping, it takes 4~7 days (Monday - Saturday) to arrive after being dispatched.

During rush days, please estimate extra 2 days (Monday - Saturday) more than usual.

3. CANCELLATION?
You can cancel your order between 8h to 24h after placing it in our store , If 24h passed we can't cancel cause it will be dispatched and you have to wait till you get your order to return it to us then we will refund 100% of total cost.

4. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
5 working days after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

5. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
